Once the concerned person has not experienced the effective results, he can increase the dosage by 5 units.
Buy NowTriMix injections are an alternative to PDE5 Inhibitor tablets. Trimix Injections are a compound made of 3 drugs, which provides an effective treatment for erectile dysfunction. TriMix is administered as a self-injection applied directly into the penis. The 3 drugs are Papaverine, Prostaglandin, and Phentolamine. These three compounds work by dilating the blood vessels in the penis, and the success rate is very high.
The 3 drugs are Papaverine, Prostaglandin, and Phentolamine
This is a prescription medication and cannot be purchased without first speaking with a doctor and completing a medical assessment. Next Level Telemed sex products are only for men and recommended for patients aged 23 - 68.
Per DR Consult - A small starting dosage will be prescribed. A common initial dosage might look like this: * Papaverine 30mg/mL * Phentolamine Mesylate 1mg/mL * Prostaglandin E1 10mcg/mL per vial. The initial dose should be 0.05 cc to 0.2 cc, depending on the patient’s level of ED. Wait 48 hours before increasing dosage. Increase by 0.025 cc to 0.050 cc until a satisfactory dose is reached. The maximum dose is 0.50 cc
Please email [email protected] to request more detailed information about preparing and administering TriMix * First, ensure that you have washed your hands and penis to ensure proper hygiene before the injection. * Once you’ve properly assembled the medication, find the proper location on the shaft of the penis to inject, which is located between the base and the mid-portion of the penis. Avoid any visible veins as well as the midline of the penis. You want to aim slightly to the left or right of the midline in order to prevent potential damage to the urethra or penile arteries. * Grasp and pull the head of the penis toward the side of your leg with the index finger and thumb (use the left hand, if right-handed). While maintaining light tension, select a site for injection. * With a steady and continuous motion, penetrate the skin with the needle at a 90-degree angle. The needle should then be advanced to the hub. Slight resistance is encountered as the needle passes into the proper position within the erectile tissue (corporeal body). * Inject the TriMix medication into the corpus cavernosum for approximately 4 seconds. Once the needle is in, you should pull it back a little until a small amount of blood flows back into the syringe. When injecting, you should feel the same amount of pressure as you would by simply injecting it into the air (minimal resistance). If there’s greater pressure than that, it’s being applied to the wrong spot. * Withdraw the needle from the penis and apply compression to the injection site for approximately 1 minute. Several minutes of compression may be required to avoid bleeding, especially if you use aspirin. * Replace the cap on the needle and dispose of properly.
When injected into the penis, TriMix’s blend of three vasodilators causes the corpus cavernosum to relax, expand and fill with blood. This causes a powerful erection in 5 minutes or less.
TriMix injections are localized (injected to only one part of the body), there are no generalized side effects associated with this type of medication. Although infrequent, a more serious side effect of the injection may include priapism (an erection lasting more than four hours) and must be treated immediately to prevent further complications if diagnosed. The same risk, however, is involved with using other ED medication alternatives.

The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and constitutes a part of these Terms and Conditions.
Next Level Telemed provides a platform for you to consult with a health care provider affiliated with Invigor Medical. or similar affiliated professional entity and obtain access to additional information, which you may or may not choose to utilize in planning your health care and wellness. The health and wellness resources made available through our Service are not a substitute for direct in-person health care services in all cases. The decision to focus on diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or both rests with you and the health care provider. You understand that by coordinating and in certain cases consulting with a Invigor Medical or affiliate health care provider through the Service, you are not entering into a provider-patient relationship with Next Level Telemed.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you understand that a health care provider may send you messages, reports, and emails via the Service regarding the treatment of your condition or in response to your inquiry. It is your responsibility to monitor these messages, reports, and emails. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any loss, injury, or claims of any kind resulting from your failure to read these messages or for your failure to comply with any treatment recommendations contained in these messages.
In some cases, Invigor Medical or affiliated health care provider may use the Service to provide advice or treatment to you. A health care provider consulting with you through the Service may not have the benefit of information that would be obtained by examining you in person and observing your physical condition, in each instance. Therefore, the health care provider may not be aware of facts or information that would affect his or her opinion of your diagnosis. To reduce the risk to you of this limitation, Next Level Telemed strongly encourages you to provide all relevant information and discuss all diagnosis and treatment options with a health care provider. Moreover, a health care provider utilizing Next Level Telemed may be limited by state law in prescribing certain medications to you without first conducting an in-person physical examination. By deciding to engage the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of these limitations and agree to assume the risk of these limitations. Furthermore, you agree and accept that: (i) the diagnosis you will receive is limited and, in some cases, provisional; (ii) the health care services are not intended, in all cases, to replace a full medical evaluation or an in-person visit with a health care provider; (iii) a health care provider acting through the Service may not have important information that is usually obtained through a “hands-on” physical examination; and (iv) the absence of a physical examination may affect the health care provider’s ability to diagnose your condition, disease or injury.
Other than the personalized content we send you through email, you should not consider Content on the Site to be medical advice.
